This three-layer mask features an inner layer of composite spunbond nonwoven fabric with virtually zero airflow resistance, a core filtration layer of 99+ meltblown fabric that combines ultra-low resistance with high filtration, and an outer protective layer that effectively absorbs dust and odors.
The sheath-core composite spunbond fabric serves as the structural foundation of Atlan masks. Made from bicomponent fibers processed through hot-air bonding, the sheath layer melts to form bonds while the core layer remains undamaged. This ensures high resistance to rubbing and stretching, with no fiber shedding, ensuring health and safety.
High filtration efficiency and ultra-low resistance meltblown fabric are key to both mask performance and wearer comfort. Atlan produces its own meltblown fabric for internal use, maintaining strict quality control throughout the entire process and ensuring it is free from peroxide DTBP. Our masks have been tested by authoritative third-party organizations. At an airflow rate of 32L/min, Atlan adult masks achieve over 95% filtration efficiency for 0.3-micron particles and over 99% bacterial filtration efficiency, with breathing resistance as low as under 18 Pa! They are especially suitable for athletes, pregnant women, the elderly, and those with compromised lung function. For children's masks, tested at 45L/min, filtration efficiency for 0.3-micron particles exceeds 95% and bacterial filtration exceeds 99%, with resistance under 20 Pa! These are particularly suitable for children whose respiratory systems are still developing.
